What the Performing Arts Mean to Me by Blair Sheorn

This is from the original series, “What the Performing Arts Mean to Me,” where I asked students why they love theater, music, and dance and why it’s important in our society.  For our second round, we come to Miss Blair Sheorn, who is a fantastic student who is always on top of her work, even when she is at her busiest with volleyball, church, or her loving and fantastical family.  This girl really gets what Setting the Stage is ALL about!  Her blog post is short, sweet, and to the point!

I love theater because it is a way to express feelings and be yourself.  It is so much fun, and it makes me really happy.  I love singing and dancing.  I also love script writing and acting.  It is a great thing to do because no matter what your personality is, you can show it in a great way.  Nothing is impossible when you act.
